First time coming back after years… Michelle is amazing!!!! She did a beautiful job & was so sweet and welcoming. Definitely will be back :) Everyone ask for Michelle!

This was the worst nail experience I had today. This nail tech must’ve been blind she could not paint my nails without panting my skin and when I told her it was sloppy if she could fix it she said I’ll fix it later and the at the end tried to use a nail cuticle cutter to cut the excess dried paint from my skin and of course I stopped her. This nail tech then tried to lie and say I didn’t ask her to stop or start over after pressuring me to pay for services that were done improper and then at the end tried to fix it by removing all the polish but then was filing and buffing my nails so roughly it was causing me pain and discomfort so I left with incomplete services and still being charged. V the owner needs to be sued for hiring these unprofessional and incompetent nail technicians and this store also I might add are disgusting condition and should be shut down because it is placing the public health at risk. Go to this nail shop is placing your health and risk and you will be ROBBED. You were warned!

I lived in this area from 2012 to 2017, moved to Brooklyn and came back in October so in a nutshell, I've been coming to this salon for a while. Today, I walked in around 3:15 PM to get my eyebrows done and nobody was available to do my eyebrows. Not one person was able to take a break from what they were doing to service me and their were maybe 3 customers being serviced. Instead of asking me to wait i was told "we are very busy" and I had to leave. Easily the worst experience I've had in all of the years I visited and its sad that Vee wasnt around to see how her workers treat their patrons.

I thank God for saving me from this place. I walked in to ask about a service, and before I could even get a word out, they took one look at me and claimed they were closed. The nail tech at the front didn’t greet me or even make eye contact—it was actually another tech, already busy with a pedicure, who acknowledged me at all. The lack of basic respect and courtesy was shocking, and it felt very discriminatory. After reading the other terrible reviews, I realize the universe was looking out for me. I just want to forewarn others about this place.

Horrible experience. It looks so dirty, takes forever to do nails & looks like my 2 year old niece painted my nails. I paid $70 for a gel mani & pedi… and this is what I get. I learned my lesson. Please beware before coming in here. You will regret it.
